WOW is the largest and most recognized USA Swimming team affiliate in the southeastern North Carolina region.  WOW supports training for age group, senior, and masters competitive swimming at all levels of experience, from the novice swimmer to the nationally recognized athlete.  Our primary practice location is at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington at the Hanover Natatorium.
