January Jubilee!

72 WOW Swimmers traveled to Cary, NC this past weekend for RSA's annual “January Jubilee” Meet. The meet, which brought together more than 700 swimmers, saw WOW swim new competition from South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and New York. WOW swimmers competed in 450 individual and 22 relay events over the weekend.

Of those 450 individual swims, 310 were best times, a 69% average for the weekend, and a season high for the team! WOW placed in the top ten 94 times, winning 21 individual events and 2 relays.

Ian McPheters: 50 & 100 Back, 50, 100, 200 Free, 50 & 100 Fly, 50 Breast, 100 IM

Matt McPheters: 1000 Free, 200 Fly, 200 IM

WOW is looking strong heading into the championship season with 24 swimmers currently qualified for 200 + events at the NC Championship meets.
